Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping
We offer shipping within Lebanon. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the available tracking or delivery information.
Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the delivery service. Wax & Wonders is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
